Well we still have the same 2 homes on the market here at Foxfield. They are both short sales and probably not the best scenario to get into unless you have lots of time.

Since our last sales report 1 home came on the market and left in 5 days. This was a regular sale and in excellent shape. No new homes have sold in last 30 days but 2 of the 4 that are under contract should close soon. The other 2 are short sales and will take a while. Our last short sale that sold in this community took 4 months.
